WHen I click on the Flexible VM2 template plugin to enter my order number, I get the 500 Error which says Error loading form file.

We use QuickStart. If you go to the site, it will say,
"ERROR: Username or Order Number is missing. They must be entered for validation.
Please Browse Plugin Manager through Joomla! admin panel, and find the 'Flexible VM2 Template' plugin then enter the flexiblewebdesign.com username and 4-Digits Order Number that you have got while purchasing this template. Make sure you are typing those correctly! even though you are in your localhost or in a testing live-server."

But again, we can't enter the order number in the plugin.

That's an interesting error message. I don't know what triggers the 500 internal server error.
