We have upgraded to CleanMart 3.2 and VM 3.0.6.2 on PHP 5.4 on the testing server.
The site works properly, unless we enable the VM Featured Products module. Prior to upgrade, this worked as a slider, displaying 3 items at a time with an add to cart button.

Now, we only get one item displayed and the rest of the site is missing.
The Error Console says
1). VIrtuemart is undefined
2). Timestamp: 3/27/2015 11:24:12 AM
Error: ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
