open this PHP file:
▸ templates ▸ flexible_sportmart ▸ html ▸ mod_virtuemart_product ▸ default.php

alter the timeoutDuration parameter:
auto : {
       timeoutDuration: 20000,  <--- change this number (it is in milliseconds)
       pauseOnHover: true
 },
