Hi,

Once the language switcher plugin is turned on, the site defaults (as it should) to the appropriate index.php for the selected language.

This results in the main slideshow and of course all other modules that were assigned to the Secret Menu - Home page, to not show at all or (if you fiddle around with module assignments) to show on all the store's pages.

I've tried multiple assignment scenarios but with no luck...

Any quick fix around that?

Hi,

The module assignment in Joomla is very limited, modules are filtered only based on Itemid of pages/articles, but there are some 3rd party plugins to give you FULL control to hide/show modules in different specific pages (even though they have the same Itemid). Metamod is just one of them.
